Jessie's is doing a 4 story home located in the Puget Sound area- Edmonds for Bob and Luisa McEachern. They are both creative people, Bob enjoys painting and cooking and Luisa enjoys cooking and flower arrangements. They have two grown children that will visit, so there needs to be a guest room. They also entertain a lot and want lots of seating in kitchen, a breakfast bar & nook, game room, theater room, and built-in kitchen outside with fireplace. Their home will be their retirement home, so universal design is important for her clients. They want their home to feel light and airy, not too feminine, no plaid, and to bring their sounding inside.
Sophorn is also doing a home for a couple. Her client has an interest in decorating and knows exactly what she wants. Their home is a typical Californian home with a pool and open floor plan. Her clients are easy going who like to entertain. They want their home to be comfortable and feel like a home to everyone who enters!
Emily's client is a bachelor who what's a bachelors pad. It's located in a condominium in Florida. I couldn't access her blog so I will update this later!
